Antique Chinese Porcelain Plaque
Large Porcelain Placque, finely hand-painted in ' rouge de fer' (iron red) enamels with the God of Longevity holding the Immortal Peach, together with perhaps the Gods of Wealth and Happiness, and bats above a lengthly inscription with red seals. The lower right with a red seal which reads 'Da Qing Qianlong Nian Zhi, but is of a later Period; enclosed in a beautiful carved rosewood frame, the upper and lower bodies filled with Chinese fretwork and a panel carved with two confronting dragons in pursuit of the 'flaming pearl', the cresting with a pierced brass decorative hanging device. Condition: Excellent with some slight enamel loss that would be commensurate with age.

BANDED AGATE
Antique Chinese Banded Agate Snuff Bottle - of rounded-rectangular form, the shoulders with mock handles; natural skin from the stone on one mock ring nicely incorporated by the carver. Condition: A small chip at the top of the neck, which is covered by the stopper (no spoon), a small chip to the footrim.
