Antique Carpentener's Multi Tool - Patented on Dec 31, 1867, by John Nester, of Portland, Oregon - Rosewood and Brass Clapboard - This convenient tool with a clapboard marker,  a marking gauge; a level; and 12 inch ruler.  It has the Initials NHV ( or upside down would be AHN)  and Nester's Patent, along with the date. Slightly cleaned.  Condition: VERY VERY GOOD with some minor scratches that would be commensurate with age and use.

Incredible Late 19th c. Family Album - The red velvet cover decorated with a copper or copper-coated placque in high relief with 'Lovers' clad in Classical Garb in a forest setting - Inside Cover with an Inscription  Anna's Birthday 1887 ; Fifteen Pages, each with gilt edges, made to fit different size photos. Condition: Velvet Cover shows some wear that would be commensurate with age and use; the spine is intact but a little loose, with tape; the latch portion of the lock closure is missing; some of the pages have tears at the bottom of the slot where photos were taken in and out. Overall, good.
